Sometimes it is precisely the unplanned moments that make an evening unforgettable.

Our FIAA event “From Main to Manhattan” was all about music, encounters, and inspiring exchange. Members, friends, and guests came together to enjoy a special evening in a warm atmosphere, to make new connections, and to deepen existing friendships.

Shortly after the start, however, we received word that our announced tenor had to cancel at short notice for health reasons. What at first seemed like a great disappointment turned into a moving example of what defines our FIAA community: solidarity, spontaneity, and passion.
Without hesitating, several participants stepped up to the microphone themselves and gave us unforgettable musical moments with their voices. Particularly touching was the performance by Ana-Sophia, who enriched the evening musically together with other FIAA members. With courage, heart, and enthusiasm, an atmosphere emerged that could hardly have been more authentic and personal.

What began as Plan B became the real highlight of the evening. The music connected people and had everyone laughing, singing along, and enjoying the moment together. Once again it showed that special events do not live from their programme alone, but above all from the people who bring them to life.
A heartfelt thank you goes to all our guests, to our spontaneous singers, and to every single person who made this evening a special experience.

Because sometimes the most beautiful memories are created precisely when not everything goes according to plan.
We are already looking forward to the next FIAA event on 16 July — with many inspiring encounters, new ideas, and the certainty that our community turns every moment into something special.
