These Terms of Service govern the use of the FIAA website and the association's digital features, including registration, member access, event registration and payment-related flows.

2. Scope
These terms govern the use of the FIAA website and its digital services, including membership applications, member access, and event registrations.
3. Registration, User Account and Access
Access to protected areas requires a user account. Access credentials must be kept confidential and may not be shared. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Membership and Association Rules
Membership is subject to review and approval by the association. Association rules, in particular the Bylaws (Satzung) and any related regulations, apply in their current version.
5. Events and Registrations
Event capacity is limited and registrations are processed subject to availability. For paid events, the published prices and payment methods apply. Cancellation and refund conditions follow the deadlines shown in the event flow.
6. Prices, Payment Methods and Due Dates
The amounts, currencies and deadlines shown in the relevant booking or membership flow apply. Payments can be made by bank transfer; where technically enabled, online payments (for example Stripe) may also be offered.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
For paid events, cancellation and refund conditions are defined on the respective event page. Unless stated otherwise, no refund is owed after the displayed deadlines have passed.
8. Acceptable Use
Users must not submit unlawful content or misuse the platform. Access may be restricted or revoked in case of violations.
9. Availability and Changes
We strive to keep the website available without interruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features, content and processes may be adjusted where objectively justified.
10. Liability
For minor negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

12. Amendments to these Terms
We may update these terms for future effect where objectively justified. Material changes will be announced on the website.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
